Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sparky1 LLC ("Sparky1", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with this website, sparky1.live.

What this website collects

This site is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login, no comment system, no contact form and no shopping cart. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

As with any website, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps) records standard server logs when a page is requested. These may include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are generated and retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

The site loads a web font from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser contacts Google's servers, and Google may log that request. If you prefer to avoid this, browser extensions that block third-party font loading will do so without breaking the site.

Information you send us directly

If you email or telephone us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, your email address or phone number, and the contents of your message. We use that information only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, so messages you send us are stored on Google's servers under our account. Telephone service is provided by Google Voice.

Retention

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is useful for the engagement it relates to, and thereafter for as long as we are required to for tax and legal record-keeping. You may ask us to delete correspondence and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Our applications

Applications we publish have their own privacy policies, which are linked from their own product pages and from their App Store listings. Nothing in this policy describes what those applications do. See the Morse Buddy privacy policy for that application.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to our use of it. Washington State residents, residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, and residents of the United Kingdom and European Economic Area all have rights of this kind. To exercise any of them, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
